Custom Designs

Prices may vary from design to design but here are my basic prices: 

Cars and Trucks -- Due to copyright restrictions by auto manufacturers I can no longer digitize designs of cars by brand name. If you car or truck is customized, highly modified or a classic it may be okay. Ask.

Logos -- The price range is from $35 to $65 depending on the level of detail and difficulty. Send your logo artwork to "Design Estimate" and I will get an estimate back to you as soon as possible. If you can't email the artwork, write and I'll give you a snail mail address. Full payment in advance is required to new customers. However, the payment is refundable if you are not satisfied with the design.

I do not duplicate existing embroidery designs or digitize trademarked or copyrighted images without written permission. The risks of infringing upon copyright and pattern ownership is too great.  If you have an existing design, or copyright material write and let's see if there's a way to gain permission.

Here's my process. To keep the price low and turn-around fast I ask that the customer test sew the design using their machine, thread, skills, stabilizer and fabric (fabric like the final design will be sewn on). This ensures a better quality, better sewing design. 

I'll email you a draft of the design, after receiving your payment, you test sew and request any changes needed. The feedback will be your commitment to the design. I'll make any final tweaks needed and return the "final" design. Although it's called a "final" design some additional tweaks may be needed and they will be done.

Please keep in mind, when you ask me to digitize a design for a third party (your customer, friend, etc.) the agreement is between you and I and the payment obligation is yours, not your customer's or friend's. If your customer backs out I'll accept 1/2 the quoted price. However, I do guarantee your satisfaction for a full refund.   

I highly recommend you charge your customer a 50% setup fee up front. That way, if your customer backs out I still get some compensation for my time and you aren't hurt either.

You can make payment one of two ways:

	The preferred method of payment is Paypal. Click the Icon to join Paypal and make payments. You may now request an invoice. This is an excellent, safe method, especially if you are outside the US.  Please add $1.50 to the design cost to cover fees.  This is the fastest way to make your deposit and get the digitizing started.
	I also accept checks or money orders.  Click envelope to request my Snail Mail address. If you are not in the US, use a postal service money order made out in US$$. Most countries have postal money order exchange agreements with the United States Postal Service.
