In Loving Memory of Leroy Brown

After 15 wonderful years with our VERY special friend we've had to say goodbye to Leroy.  Old age and poor health caught up with Leroy in October 2011.  His pain has ended.  We spent many, many nights together watching cowboy movies on television. I am sure if God watches cowboy movies, Leroy is there watching with Him.  Thanks for dropping by to see some of my special memories of Leroy Brown. He was my constant companion, always with me helping, getting in the way, loving me as much as I loved him.  We miss him terribly!

BEFORE

Recently Mom and Dad got tired of my ears and beard dribbling water all over the floor after I got a drink so they worked me over a little. Heck, I look like a new dog and like  it a lot! Here's the "before" and "after"... What do you think? Still handsome, right?

AFTER

I was born a poor brown puppy looking for a
home. Found a home and turned white

Jake, I told you this is my dad, not your Papaw.
Whatever that is.

I see Jake is till hanging around dad.

Mom, I'm waiting here until dad brings our
old orange chair back.

Could someone please get this kid off my bed?

You did a great job making this sweatshirt mom.

Dad, it says attach A to C using screw D.

See, I told you that was the way to do it.

Mom, he does pretty good work when he listens.

I LOVE Christmas!!

Wish they would stop sticking that junk on me.

Finally, a box a guy can get comfortable in.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
Playing under that wet Azalea bush was a kick.
Dad's going to love getting these leaves out of me

This is a much better hair cut for an active guy like me. Look out Azalea bushes here I come.

Mom, I'm still waiting for dad to bring our old orange
chair back. And you can't make me move.
